Since I'm taking so entirely long to update chapter 15, I've decided to give you all a little goody. I drew what I think Talia should look like. Now let me warn you it isn't a particularly good drawing, but I think it gets the point across.... and it took me an hour so be kind =)

Also, I updated. Chapter 14 is now up. Yay!!

so, lately people have been wondering whats up with Chasing Princes. Don't worry, I didn't abandon the story, I simply don't have the internet hooked up to that computer. It will be fixed in time, until then i'll have to retype the new chapter onto this computer and post it that way.

Hmm. Now I come and find no comments, no nothing. Well, I suppose that's as ok as this site may have been meant to push my story at people, but it is also for my personal amusement. I sit here and watch the screen and think wow what a boring life I have that I have nothing to write at all about it.

In January, I'm going to see the Phantom Of The Opera live. If you don't like the show, fine, but I suggest you don't let me know that. I'm in love with all things phantom, the original book most of all, and seeing it live will make my life worthwhile. I'm one of the people who thinks Andrew Lloyd Webber is somewhat of a... well, I don't know. I don't like all of his work, but I adore Phantom of the Opera and am ECSTATIC (did I spell that right?) That I get to go see it. And I'm dragging my dorky friend (the mexican in the picture, aka the one that isn't white as a sheet.) with me because she loves Phantom as well.

I'm happy to report that Chasing Princes has 82 reviews. Yes, you read correctly, 82!!! I'm so happy about that I think I could cry. only eighteen more until I reach the 100 mark!! I consider that quite the acheivment, I didn't think I was that good of a writer. You all make me Blush.

Well, I'll let you stop hearing about my boring life now.

Also I would like to add that today, September 11 2006, is the fifth anniversary of the tragic day in history when The World Trade Center and the Twin Towers were destroyed, stealing the lives of over 3000 people.

I don't personally know anyone that was killed, but I know how the people who lost friends and loved ones that day must feel, and my heart goes out to you all.

Meaning I hate school. Why? Because it means I have to wake up early, mess with deadly chemicals at 8 am, play with paint and such at 8:45, learn about guts and blood at 9:30, sing at 10:15, eat at 11, examine the floor at 11:45, read boring stuff at 12:30pm, speak a foreign language at 1:15, and solve equations at 2.

Then, I have to live in a yellow submarine for forever until it pulls up at my house, at which time I'm free.

So basically, that's my average day. But then, my brother who is a computer obsessed freak hogs the internet all day and I'm left to do.... nothing. Which, in short, means I don't get a chance to update or write. Blah, how bad does that suck?? Pretty freakin bad.

Chapter 12 is still hanging strong, go read it if you'd like =)

So, today while I was at home doing nothing, I decided it was the best idea ever to continue on with my story. Chasing Princes is now 12 chapters long. Yes, that's right, TWELVE chapters. Meaning, I updated. And the outcome is quite a shocker. I even surprised myself. And I even kinda cried when I wrote it. But that could've been my medication. Who knows.

The point is, I updated.

And tommarow I have school, I can't miss another day, and I'm feeling slightly better. Hopefully it stays that way. Good news: Two days, and it's weekend again so none of my work will be due until monday!! Muahahaha my evil plot has worked. Actually, it just worked out that way. But I'll have an art project to get done by Tuesday so I don't know how much time I'll be able to write...

Well, It was pointed out to me that there was a problem with my old layout - you couldn't subscribe. Also, I couldn't get to my blogrings, or anythign else really and while it was a pretty layout, I decided it was time for a change. Now anyone who chooses too can suscribe to me =) The link to my fictionpress is also the 'my website' link, and you can see when I'm signed onto yahoo if you'd like to talk to me.

Yay for that.

So, I suppose right now would be a good time to mention that once again, I'm home sick. Sickness sucks, especially when it means I'll have three days worth of Algebra II and Chemistry and Advanced Biology and American Liturature 11 when I return. Oh how bad it sucks!! But I suppose it does give me time to search the internet, even though no one is on. Maybe I should be writing... I don't know. I'm bored though.

Thanks to all who have reviewed Chasing Princes since I made this site, I love you!!!! I didn't actually think a xanga site would cause such good publicity, but it did. Yay. I'm not going to push anything at you today, I'll just enjoy the reviews I've gotten over chapter 11 and be happy. Yaya.

I was staying home sick today because my throat was complaining something awful about tonselitis and strep throat and what not, so I decided to roam the fictionpress fanatsy section to find some good reads, and possibly some good readers/reviewers. So I'm just scrolling along, watching all the titles flash me by, listening to the gentle click of the mouse rolling, the television on in the background... and lo and behold, but what do I find? A story named Talia! Yes, a story with the same name as mine. Needless to say, I was not happy. Then I remembered that I was in the process of changing the name of my story, and decided right there on the spot that the process was over. I've chosen the name, after getting little feedback (one person said what they thought, thanks to that person!) and no suggestions. Don't worry, I'm not mad. I've decided to name my story Chasing Princes. It's short and sweet, and it fits I suppose.

This can always change. I could change it to How to Break a Mirror, or How to Ditch a Bloke, or anything I choose, really, but I decided it was not cool at all to have a story with so plain a name that other people actually have it!

So it's officially been changed.

Well, last night I stuck it in overdrive, and I finished chapter 11 of Talia. I went to post it, and guess what?! Fictionpress was down. Yes, just as I went to update my take-forever-chapter of Talia, fictionpress goes down!! Luckily, it was back this morning and I was able to update happily. So now I'm here to inform you all that CHAPTER 11 is up!! In case you didn't get the hint =)

I'm not going to push anything at you tonight. It would be rude, and it would keep you from reading and leaving reviews =)
